   近日,中华人寿石家庄中支客户服务节之“精彩中华 童心向党”活动在省会石家庄隆重举行。三十五组家庭,近百余位客户参加了此次活动。

 活动中三十九位小朋友分成三组,通过党史知识问答、重走长征路、支援前线、极速60秒等趣味游戏,让小朋友们在游戏活动中感受长征精神,发扬和传递了革命先烈的优良传统,增强了他们爱国主义、集体主义观念。也让更多人进一步了解中华人寿文化,相信中华,并牵手中华。

 

 

 今年中华人寿推出了2021版客户服务承诺书,提出了八项举措。对智能问诊/核保小助手、微保全、简E赔/微理赔、VIP手册等四大服务进行了升级。用专业的保险服务,清廉的处事作风,不断提高客户服务满意度,并通过一系列活动回馈客户信赖。
